However, millions of people who live in rental housing interact with it daily. It can mean the difference between a pleasant lifestyle environment, or an inconvenient and exasperating reality. There’s two players to this equation: Residents and Property Managers.
The team at Modern Renter took their years of experience, technology expertise, and logistical systems; and created platforms that enabled Property Managers to become good neighbors and reliable partners.
The goal
Our goal was to deliver a message to the potential Property Management customers. There’s a better way. A modern way. A way that makes property owners and managers more successful, while creating great lifestyle experiences for tenants - all at the same time.
We decided that an effective way to convince viewers to move their business forward, into the 21st century - was to time-travel back in time, to a simple, happy and colorful past.
